There is not enough space to "describe in detail" my experience with Terry Canto. She was there every step of the way, always picking up the phone when I called (unless she was with someone else), answering my emails, questions, and texts in a timely fashion. She understands how stressful selling/buying houses can be and whatever she could do -- finding my flood elevation certificate comes to mind -- to take the burden off my shoulders, she did. Including talking me off a ledge or two when I was about to lose it. :-) Terry started by visiting my home and pointing out the great selling poins as well as the things that needed to be done in order to present the best possible "face" to the public. When we were ready to list, Terry and her associate Kenie Rodriguez staged my house for showing, took and published the photos, arranged for an open house and kept me apprised of the status of the sale of my house at every juncture. Her insider knowledge of real estate and the local market is without equal. Terry also worked with my Realtor in Georgia, Jody DuPont, to coordinate the two closings in two states and all the assorted details that go with juggling two simulatenous house closings. We met Terry Canto in 2013 when we were looking to buy a piece of paradise in the Florida Keys. We were unsure of what questions to ask, and even what we truly wanted. She was such an excellent resource with tons of experience and knowledge of the area and amenities that were important for our family. Haven't closed a deal yet so not fair to comment on negotiation skills yet. Just spent 4 days looking at houses with Terry. Very impressed with her knowledge and her work ethic which in my experience far exceeds that of most real estate agents. She kept us so busy we did not even get time to get to the beach for more than a couple of hours and since we were there to look at properties, she really delivered. She turned on a dime after it became apparent we needed to expand what we were looking for. Her knowledge was extensive and was also very careful to say when she did not know something and was able to find out later. Very rare professional. I will definitely buy something through her.

We bought the house with Terry in 2012 and when we decided to sell, we called Terry once again! She staged the home beautifully for the Ad photos and video and in the first three days on the market, it was seen by four couples and we soon had two offers!
